3D Compass Plus

This app is a versatile compass that combines augmented reality, real-time map updates, and GPS information. It's both a fun tool to play with and a practical assistant for travelers. The augmented reality view overlays compass directions and other data onto the camera feed, making navigation intuitive and engaging.

The app offers a wide range of features. You can record video (on Android 5 and above), take screenshots, and view a 3D compass, map, coordinates, address, speed, and time all in one screen. It supports both portrait and landscape modes, and the map auto-rotates based on your direction. You can also see speed, true north, altitude, and your current location's map and address. The app embeds date, time, and location EXIF tags in screenshots. Additional features include a fast brightness boost with one tap for outdoor use, multiple compass types (marine, rose, artificial horizon), and zoom in/out for the reality view. The PRO version is ad-free.

For best results, keep in mind that the compass accuracy depends on your device's hardware. Avoid surrounding metal and magnetic fields, as they can interfere with readings. The app has been recognized as a Google I/O 2011 Developer Sandbox partner for its innovative design and advanced technology.
