Bloomtown: A Different Story

Bloomtown: A Different Story is a narrative JRPG that blends turn-based combat, monster taming, and social RPG elements in a seemingly pleasant 1960s Americana setting. You play as Emily and her younger brother Chester, sent for the summer to their grandpa's cozy and quiet town. But something is amiss: children are disappearing, nightmares are becoming real, and it's up to a 12-year-old girl with an adventurous spirit to uncover the truth and free Bloomtown from a looming fate.

The game presents a tale of two worlds. On the surface, Bloomtown is a quiet and cozy American town with its cinema, grocery shops, library, and parks. However, this is only a facade. A demon world is growing on the underside, children are vanishing, and you must save the town. Embark on a mysterious adventure to save the townspeople from their own demons, as fear and vices have taken monstrous life forms in the Underside. Follow Emily and her group of friends to unravel the mysteries of the mystical disappearances and save the inhabitants' souls.

Teamwork makes the dream work in turn-based tactical battles against giant demons and dungeon bosses from the Underside. Emily is not alone; use each character's abilities and strengths to emerge victorious. Summon your own inner demons as well as captured ones to set up devastating combos. During combat, catch weakened creatures to add to your team. With loads of unique creatures and a deep fuse system, create hundreds of synergies and your own demon-hunting squad.
