The journey begins on a simple path inspired by classic snake mechanics, but it soon transforms into an intricate maze of platforms, chasms and sharp angles. Alternative routes branch off as you progress, some leading to safer paths while others offer rare rewards at greater risk. Each segment is procedurally generated, so no two runs are the same, and dynamic camera angles plus a pulsing ambient soundtrack make you feel like you are moving through a living universe.

Cosmo Run includes 22 unique achievements that challenge you to survive for specific durations, score high totals, play consistently each day, execute daring maneuvers and more. You can track your total distance, longest runs and highest combos. The game also supports Wear OS and Android TV, with local multiplayer on big screens, so you can compete with friends and family on split-screen paths. The art direction combines minimalistic geometry with radiant colors and cosmic backdrops, creating an atmosphere that is both meditative and adrenaline-pumping.
