Elfie - Health & Rewards

Elfie is a wellness app that transforms routine health monitoring into a rewarding journey. Developed with input from doctors, nutritionists, and researchers, it encourages users to track vitals, symptoms, and daily habits while earning coins for every positive step. Whether managing weight, quitting smoking, or monitoring blood pressure, Elfie provides a personalized plan that fits your unique health goals.

With a comprehensive digital pillbox, you can manage medications for over 4 million drugs, set intake and refill reminders, and view adherence statistics. The app also tracks vital signs like blood pressure, glucose, and cholesterol, offering trends and guidelines to help you understand your health better. For women, special attention is given to health tracking, and sleep and activity monitoring are seamlessly integrated.

Gamification is at the core of Elfie. Each time you log a vital, follow your plan, or complete quizzes, you earn coins that can be redeemed for prizes worth up to $2000 or donated to charity. The system is designed to be fair: healthy and chronically ill users earn equally, medication adherence is not incentivized, and tracking good or bad values yields the same rewards. The goal is to keep you engaged in monitoring, not to judge your results.

Your privacy is a top priority. Elfie adheres to the strictest data protection standards, including GDPR, HIPAA, and others, with an independent privacy officer overseeing compliance. The app is free of advertising and product sales, supported by healthcare partners to reduce chronic disease costs. While Elfie offers general wellness information, it is not a medical tool; for medical advice, always consult your doctor.
