Fallout Shelter puts you in charge of a state-of-the-art Vault from Vault-Tec, built deep beneath 2,000 feet of bedrock. As Overseer, you construct specialized rooms, expand your underground base, and create a thriving community in a post-apocalyptic world. Every decision shapes the future of your Dwellers as they work, train, and live in the safety of your vault.

Your Dwellers are the heart of the game. Assign them to ideal jobs, outfit them with gear and weapons, and train their S.P.E.C.I.A.L. abilities to help them flourish. You can even play matchmaker to repopulate your vault and keep your community growing. Manage their happiness and protect them from threats both inside and outside your shelter.

Send Dwellers on quests to the blasted surface to explore the Wasteland, uncover new areas, and collect loot, Caps, and experience. They may encounter new recruits or face dangerous enemies. Survive missions to earn valuable rewards, or risk unspeakable death. Lunchboxes offer a chance to collect Legendary Dwellers like Lucy MacLean and Sarah Lyons.
