Beneath the earth, desperate clans fight for survival. Every faction has its own purpose—some protect their people, others seek conquest or revenge, and a few are willing to destroy everything to forge a new world.

Kingdoms and Tactics is a dark fantasy grand strategy game where the world lives and breathes without waiting for you. Kingdoms wage wars, capture territories, form alliances, and collapse on their own. The balance of power shifts constantly as dozens of rulers struggle for dominance. Your choices shape the future, leading to nonlinear stories and multiple endings for each race.

Choose from four fully unique factions: humans, undead, demons, and underground clans. Each offers distinct gameplay styles, units, heroes, mechanics, and progression. Armies, creatures, structures, and abilities differ completely, making every playthrough feel like a different game. Tactical battles, castle management, and territorial expansion are central, all wrapped in a dark atmosphere with survival mechanics.
