Loca Deserta: Hex

Hex is a resource gathering game set in Ukraine during the 16th and 17th centuries. You expand your territory by capturing hexes, each providing resources that fuel further captures. This cycle allows you to build up your settlement's stock and eventually take on enemy hexes.

The game is open-ended, letting you capture thousands of hexes and build your own small hex empire. Enemy hexes, such as walls and towers, will block your path. To destroy enemy clusters, you need cossacks, cannons, boats, and carts.

There are three game modes: Classic, Easy, and Expansion. Classic offers a small number of enemy hexes and ample resources for continuous capturing. Easy has no enemies, serving as a relaxing experience. Expansion challenges you with more wall levels and enemy fortress clusters, requiring you to fight through enemy levels to access more resources.
