Using real-life maps, you can place fire and police stations anywhere in the world, recreating the emergency system of your city or building a huge fire station on top of Madison Square Garden. The choice is yours as you start with a fire station and a Type 1 or Type 2 engine, then expand your system with specialist vehicles like HazMat, Heavy Rescue, MCV, and police units such as SWAT and K9 to cover all 911 calls.

The game offers vast customization, allowing you to name all stations and vehicles. Specialized vehicles require trained personnel, so you can set up training courses and assign specialists. Advanced players can use helicopters (HEMS) to quickly reach urgent emergencies.
