Notepad - simple notes

This is a compact and efficient notetaking tool designed for quick capturing of ideas, memos, or any plain text content. Its straightforward interface makes it accessible for everyone, with no restrictions on note length or quantity, limited only by your device's storage. You can create, edit, and organize notes effortlessly, while automatic saving ensures your work is never lost.

Beyond basic text editing, the app offers a range of practical features. Import and export notes as TXT files, share them with other applications like email, or pin them to your home screen as widget-style reminders. For organization, categorize notes, use the search function to find content instantly, and enjoy undo/redo capabilities. Customizable color themes, including a dark mode, and an optional password or biometric lock add both personalization and security.

A robust backup system lets you save all notes to a ZIP file, which is crucial before formatting your phone or switching devices. The app also supports device-level backups if enabled in both system and app settings. Note that installation on an SD card is discouraged, as it may interfere with widget functionality.

Whether you need a digital planner for daily tasks, a shopping list, or a simple to-do list, this app adapts to your needs. For any questions, support is available via email.
