OKOK·International

OKOK Healthcare Management pairs with your smart Bluetooth scale to record and manage body weight measurements. The application tracks multiple health indices including body weight, body fat, body water, and muscle mass, offering a comprehensive view of your physical condition. Beyond simple weight tracking, it provides personalized advice on daily exercise, nutrition, and sleep habits based on your collected data, supporting your wellness journey.

Connecting to Bluetooth peripherals such as weight scales, nutrition scales, watches, and body composition monitors is at the core of the experience. The app requires nearby device permission to pair and synchronize data seamlessly, ensuring accurate measurement retrieval. For Android 12 and below, location permission is necessary for Bluetooth scanning, as mandated by the system, allowing the app to discover and connect to your devices reliably.

Optional permissions enhance the experience but are not required for core functionality. Users can decline photo and video selection, which supports adding food images or updating profile pictures. Contact sync to watches, camera use for QR codes or profile photos, calendar integration for reminders, and notification alerts for fasting and other prompts are all optional, leaving the primary measurement and health management services fully operational.

The app focuses on making health data accessible and actionable, turning raw measurements into meaningful insights. With a user-friendly interface, it simplifies the process of monitoring progress and adapting lifestyle choices. Whether your goal is weight control or overall wellness, this tool aims to be a reliable partner in managing your health effectively.
