Shift Work Schedule Planner is a free calendar app designed for shift workers and anyone who needs to organize their work and personal life. Its simple and concise interface allows you to quickly display schedules of any complexity, plan your off days with ease, and keep track of your ever-changing shifts. This duty roster app is especially beneficial for firefighters, nurses, linemen, deputy sheriffs, and other professionals who work daily shifts.

You can create as many calendars as you want and use them for different jobs or to track coworkers' schedules. The app offers a list of preset work shift patterns that you can immediately use. If your shift work doesn't fit any of those patterns, you can set a custom shift pattern or adjust and edit preconfigured ones. The app is not only for work schedule roster; you can also input vacations, personal events, gym sessions, holidays, and more.

The app includes a date search feature that lets you check if you're supposed to be working on a particular day in the future or compare calendars with coworkers. You can create or use preset, fully configurable shifts, enter your income, hourly rate, and working time, and customize shifts with different colors and icons. Add notes to shifts, put multiple shifts on any date, and use preset shift patterns to add shifts quickly for longer periods.

With multiple calendars, you can create job schedules for multiple people, compare them on one page date by date, and backup and restore your calendars. Personalize your calendar with multiple color palettes, icons, and themes. The analytics feature tracks your working hours, shifts, personal events, and money earned, allowing you to select a period to see your income for each week, month, or year.
