Shin Megami Tensei Liberation Dx2 is a mobile RPG set in modern Tokyo, continuing the legacy of the Megami Tensei franchise. You become a Devil Downloader, or Dx2, capable of summoning and commanding demons through a special smartphone app. Recruited by a mysterious man, you join the Liberators, a secret organization fighting to protect the world from the Acolytes, a rival faction that abuses demon-summoning powers to cause chaos and eliminate individuals with high empathy quotients.

The game features classic turn-based combat with the Press Turn system, where exploiting enemy weaknesses grants extra turns. You can summon, fuse, enhance, and evolve over 160 unique demons, each with distinct skills. Customize your party, transfer skills, and develop different Archetypes to build a powerful team. High-quality 3D graphics bring demons to life, and the Augmented Reality mode lets you view and take pictures with them in 360 degrees.

Explore modern Tokyo, including areas like Akihabara, Shinjuku, and Kudanshita, while investigating the Aura Gate for valuable materials. Engage in seasonal events, challenge other players in PvP Dx2 Duel mode, and use the Battle Assist feature to help fellow Liberators. Auto-battle and Speed Up modes make gameplay more efficient. The game also includes Japanese voice acting, adding to the immersive experience.
