Smart-ID

Smart-ID is a digital identity solution that allows you to authenticate yourself online securely and conveniently. With Smart-ID, you can check your online bank account, access e-services, and confirm transactions with ease. It provides signatures that are legally equivalent to handwritten signatures, complying with EU regulations for qualified electronic signatures (except Basic level).

Getting started is simple: download the app, follow the steps to confirm your identity, and complete the registration. Once done, you can use Smart-ID on multiple smart devices, giving you access to your online accounts anytime, anywhere. The service is free and unlimited.

Safety is a top priority. The app does not store your identity or PIN codes; instead, it manages your private keys and mediates authentication and signature requests. Your identity is securely managed by the service provider. A patented technology by Cybernetica AS is used in this product.

Smart-ID is available for residents of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonian e-residents, and Belgium residents. Experience the ease and security of Smart-ID by visiting portal.smart-id.com.
