Unpacking

Unpacking is a BAFTA Award-winning zen game that captures the familiar experience of pulling possessions out of boxes and fitting them into a new home. It blends block-fitting puzzle mechanics with home decoration, inviting you to create a satisfying living space while uncovering clues about the life you're unpacking.

Over the course of eight house moves, you'll experience a sense of intimacy with a character you never see and a story you're never told. Each item you place reveals a piece of her journey, and the things left behind speak just as loudly as those you keep.

The game offers meditative gameplay with no timers, meters, or scores, allowing you to play at your own pace. Explore domestic environments in detail as you stack plates, hang towels, and arrange bookshelves. The tactile experience is enhanced by haptic feedback, and you can easily create snapshots and videos to share on social media.
