Wisdom: The World of Emotions

Wisdom: The World of Emotions is an interactive adventure game designed to help children ages 4-8 develop emotional regulation and mindfulness skills. Join Wisdom, a curious hero, on a quest to assist the inhabitants of the Kingdoms of Fear and Anger. Through engaging mini-games, augmented reality breathing exercises, and guided meditations, kids learn to identify and cope with big feelings like anger, anxiety, and fear.

The app offers independent play and parent-child activities. Children can explore emotional learning on their own, while parents can use discussion prompts and printable worksheets to practice mindfulness, gratitude, and problem-solving together. A personalized storybook feature lets your child become the hero of their own emotional journey.

For educators, Wisdom provides over 300 CASEL-aligned SEL lesson plans, slides, and activities suitable for virtual, hybrid, or in-person learning. The curriculum focuses on self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making. A randomized controlled trial showed significant improvement in emotional regulation for children using the app.

Wisdom is safe, ad-free, and inclusive, compliant with COPPA, FERPA, and GDPR. It supports offline play and is designed for all children, including those with autism, ADHD, or coping challenges. Available in English, Spanish, French, and Ukrainian. Download now to start your child's emotional learning adventure.
