OpenTTD

This is a business simulation game where you build and manage a transport company. You start with a small amount of money and a map full of towns and industries, then connect them with roads, railways, airports and docks. As your network grows, you buy vehicles, set routes and watch profits rise or fall based on how well you plan.

You can play alone against computer opponents or join online multiplayer games with other players. The game includes a tutorial and wiki pages that explain the basics, and you can add computer-controlled rivals through the settings. On mobile, you scroll the map with two fingers while building roads or stations, and you close dialogs by dragging them to the edge of the screen.

The game is open-source, so you can download the source code and previous releases if you want to explore how it works. The Android version can be translated into your language through a community translation project, and players can visit the official forum to share tips and discuss strategies.
