Topic
This thread is for any questions related to using the platform.
You can write here about:
- registration and login;
- downloading files;
- the feed, profile, and search;
- messages and notifications;
- orders — how to create one, how to respond;
- reviews and ratings;
- any technical issues on the site.
Suggestions, requests, and disputed questions are also welcome. If you see a feature that could be improved, automated, or added — write here.
What's important to know:
Support covers only how the platform itself works. Questions about installing apps, mod errors, device compatibility, and in-game progress are outside the scope of support.
Response times are not regulated. I reply as I'm able.
